mmunization registries can consolidate immunization records scattered among different providers, allowing complete immunization documentation for school and child care entry.



You can choose whether or not you want your child's immunization record entered into the CVIIS. You can choose not to be sent a reminder postcard informing you when your child's next shots are due. You may also find out who has looked at your child's information. More....
