| The Community Development Division provides a variety of services and activities to improve the quality of life and ensure a healthy economy for residents of unincorporated Fresno County and its partner cities. The Community Development Division administers the County's Affordable Housing Programs (AHP), Community Development Grants, and Economic Development Programs. |
