The primary goal of the AHP is to increase the supply of new housing and improve the
condition of existing housing for families whose incomes are no more than 80% of Fresno
County median (click here for 2008 income levels). To that
end, the AHP provides housing loans to eligible homeowners, rental housing owners,
non-profit agencies and other eligible agencies, to rehabilitate, construct or purchase
housing in the unincorporated areas and in participating cities (click
here for list of participating cities).
