• Item 1 - Call to Order.

• Item 2 - Public Comment.

• Item 3 - Approve the September 24, 2026 Agenda.

• Item 4 - Approve the Action Summary Minutes from the June 25, 2026 meeting.

• Item 5 - Receive and File the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan participation report, as of August 16, 2026, prepared by County staff.

• Item 6 - Receive and File and Approve Actions related to the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan and 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan Budget.

  • a. Receive and File the 2025-26 Fiscal Year-End Budget Report, prepared by County staff.

  • b. Approve a pro rata distribution of $140,475 to current 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan and 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan participants based on each participant’s percentage of the total assets of the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan and the 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan, as of June 30, 2026.

• Item 7 - Receive and File Reports prepared by Northwest Capital Management and Approve Actions related to the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan and 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan Investments.

  • a. Receive and file the following: the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan and 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan Investment Review as of June 30, 2026; the T. Rowe Price Mid Cap Growth Fund Memo; the Mid Cap Growth Investment Manager Search; the Stable Value Fund Transition Memo; the T. Rowe Price Overseas Stock Fund Memo; and the Undiscovered Managers Behavioral Val R6 Fund Memo.

  • b. Approve removing T. Rowe Price Mid Cap Growth (RPMGX) as an Investment Alternative.

  • c. Approve adding Invesco Discovery Mid Cap Growth R6 (OEGIX) as an Investment Alternative.

  • d. Approve mapping all assets from the T. Rowe Price Mid Cap Growth Fund (RPMGX) to the Invesco Discovery Mid Cap Growth R6 Fund (OEGIX).

  • e. Approve keeping the Fresno County Stable Value Fund on watch pending implementation of the previously approved transition to the Franklin Stable Value strategy.

  • f. Approve keeping T. Rowe Price Overseas Stock (TROSX) on the watch list.

  • g. Approve placing Undiscovered Managers Behavioral Val R6 (UBVFX) on the watch list.

• Item 8 - Receive and File the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan and 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan Performance Reports as of June 30, 2026, prepared by Nationwide Retirement Solutions.
