Register Online to Become a Vendor

The County of Fresno-Purchasing division is now using the Public Purchase online bid management system. To do business with us, vendors will have to register with Public Purchase.

Why Register?

By registering with Public Purchase, you will automatically be notified when bid opportunities your company maybe interested in become available and then you can download those bid solicitations. You will also have access to ask questions and respond to bids electronically. Accessing bid opportunities with other government agencies will also be an option at no charge.

How to Register?

Step One: Create a free account for your organization with Public Purchase using the link above. If you are already registered with Public Purchase, please go to Step Two.

Step Two: Link your Public Purchase account to the County of Fresno.

Confirming Email: When your account is activated, you will receive a confirmation email from Public Purchase. Using the link provided in the email, log in using your username and password, then click on the "Tools" tab on the top right hand side of the screen. Type in "County of Fresno" and click on search, then click "Register with Agency" on the right hand side of the County of Fresno-Purchasing.

The County of Fresno-Purchasing requires you to complete one step in this part of the registration process:

  1. You will need to select the NIGP commodity code(s) that relate to your business to receive email notifications of future bid opportunities that match the code(s) you select.

This step must be completed before you will be considered a vendor for the County of Fresno

It is your responsibility to keep your information up to date, particularly your contact information and email addresses.

The Public Purchase eProcurement system is designed exclusively for use by government agencies and their vendors and is compliant with all Federal and State regulations, which set forth the required procedures for government agency purchasing.

Already Registered?

If you are already registered in Public Purchase and have not responded to a County of Fresno-Purchasing solicitation yet, please register with the County of Fresno to receive their notifications of future solicitations.
