Merely downloading the bid document and/or its addendum(s) will not add your organization to the recognized list of bidders for the RFQ/RFP. As such, you may not be included in the normal distribution of official addendums that may modify the bid’s requirements. A bidder that fails to respond to all bid addendums that require an acknowledgement may be deemed non-responsive. Bidders are encouraged to download all bid addendums.

Vendors will be added to the recognized list of potential bidders for each individual RFQ/ RFP upon request. Such request may be submitted by e-mail.
